Our candy is tenderly hand-crafted in small batches in our tiny, professional kitchen in Los Angeles. We use all natural and many organic ingredients, and try to make all the ingredients in the candy whenever we can (For example, we make our own candied fruit!). Because the ingredients are so fresh and contain no preservatives, the fudge and caramels should be eaten in a timely manner. Store in a cool, dry place.
